I’ve owned this television for 4 months and have enjoyed every minute I’ve spent in front of it. No problems at all. This television was purchased for use in a dedicated room where I enjoy games, movies and tv shows on Netflix and Amazon Prime that feature 4K HDR enhancements. I game on Xbox One X, PS4 Pro and Switch. Even though the Switch isn’t a 4K supported system it still looks amazing due to the design and color palettes that Nintendo applies to their first part library. No introduction needed on the visuals the other two systems can produce on this unit. Due to the true blacks an OLED tv can produce, the contrast between lights and blacks is virtually unlimited. This makes for an incredible 4K HDR gaming experience! Note: I do not use this television for continuous news or sports so as to keep the risk of burn-in very low. One other thing I would like to add. The overall design of this model is striking. Looks great when placed in a setting that has been tailor made to show it off. Thanks LG and Best Buy!

I purchased this TV knowing before I bought it that it was the one I wanted. Every time I passed it on display I had to stop and look t it in amazement. The picture was so crystal clear and sharp. This technology is the greatest. It also has a tremendous sound system in it that makes me feel like I don’t need a sound bar. I think if you buy this TV you definitely will not be disappointed.

By far the most beautiful television picture I’ve ever owned in my 58 years. Reflections from your room such as lamps are minimal and viewing at an angle is excellent. I stream over an Apple 4K and upgraded my old router to a new Netgear Nighthawk AX4 and the performance is excellent. I had a Sony surround system with my old setup and didn’t bother with connecting it to this new OLED because the audio is more than adequate. I may upgrade to a Dolby Atmos soundbar later. If you’re in the market for a new TV, spend a little extra and get this OLED. It’s worth every penny!

This TV is the best tv i have ever bought and was definitely well worth every penny. The picture is sharp and crisp. The tv is the thinnest tv I’ve ever seen which I personally think is neat looking. The sound of the tv is great also. And to top it all off I can access Hulu and Netflix and you tube with out no problems but I have a ps4 anyway so I just use the ps4 for all of that but just needless to say I highly recommend this TV to anyone who’s in the market for a tv, you won’t be disappointed. Great job LG for making such a great TV!

I bought this tv in November of 2018 and the tv is still going strong best picture by far. I play video games on the tv no problems I also purchased the protection plan just Incase have never used the insurance but better to have a piece of mind if something goes wrong. Tvs usually have a 100,000 hour watch time so should last a long time.

Love this tv! Looking at TVs last week to replace a 40 inch, we saw the OLED tv pictures vs led and decided the extra cost was worth it. The sound from this set is impressive for our small Den. We wont be using a sound bar anymore.

I was very happy with this tv for 4 months. The picture was amazing, the smart features worked great, and it was an excellent tv overall.... until it wasn’t. A week and a half ago, the tv wouldn’t come on anymore. Hitting the power button resulted in an audible *click* but the screen wouldn’t turn on. The Geek Squad have been to my house 3 times since, replacing the power supply board and the main motherboard with no success. At this point, the sensible thing would be to replace the tv, but LG insists on shipping a new panel (which could take up to 10 days) for the Geek Squad to replace. This is ridiculous. So instead of LG accepting that they sold me a dud and getting me a working product ASAP, they want to pinch pennies and get out as cheap as possible. By the time this is all said and done (after roughly a 3 week evolution) the Geek Squad will have built me a brand new tv from replacement parts. Stay away from LG. I’m well aware that my tv could be 1 of 1000 that fail BUT their customer service regarding failures is atrocious and I’m not willing to purchase a product that will take 3 weeks to repair when once it fails. If they sent one of their own guys out to troubleshoot it and identify exactly what the diagnosis was, great. But shotgunning the issue by sending one replacement part at a time does not sit well with me. I guess I’ll be watching my 8 year old Sanyo for another week or two.....

OLED 4K is almost too vivid for my systems. Had to go buy a PS4 Pro to better utilize the beautiful display. Built in features are amazing too and Netflix and YouTube both look better when I'm using the TV and not HDMI-linked to my PC. Best TV I've owned.

Ugh. Great picture for a week. Then it developed a line on one side. See pic--this is one week in Seems to be a common issue--along with potential burn in. Its very tempting-as it is the best picture and all the reviews agree-- but I'd avoid at least for now. Add the cost of a geek plan in any price--as these things are totally unreliable, bad QC and why have something to worry about--just want to turn in on and have it work--pretty simple.

The performance of this TV is great. The colors are vibrant, and dark scenes and blacks are perfectly dark. I like that it has support for both HDR 10 and Dolby Vision, which is nice. Dolby Vision content looks stunning on this screen. The design of the TV is very sleek and appealing. The built in OS and apps are fast and responsive, and the wand style remote makes typing and navigating much easier. Also has voice support, tho I don’t really use it. Very nice upgrade from a 42” plasma. Was definitely worth it!

The picture on an OLED of this caliber is truly unmatched outside of the more premium versions of the same line. The contrast ratio is virtually infinite and really shines in movies that take place at night, and most horror/thriller movies. The colors on the old lead can range from the super saturated, to the most realistic life like experience. Do yourself a favor and go ahead, the worries of burn in are valid, but should not deter someone from getting all that if they truly want the best for you and experience possible. Plus, Best Buy’s warranty covers Burn in So shop with confidence.

I have played games and watched movies on this tv and it is a good television. Netflix has some good 4K content and the colors are eye popping compared to my plasma. Movies with dark scenes look amazing but you might have to mess with the settings after a few weeks to get it just right. However, Out of the box it is a great set. Gaming on this tv with HDR is great but I would not recommend this tv for competitive gaming cause of the long hours of static images but picture wise it is smooth. Buy speakers or a bar so you can take full advantage of your purchase.

Great picture quality! I've only had this tv for about a month but it has met all of my expectations. No matter what you throw at it; movies, tv or some hdr gaming this tv handles it all. This is my first OLED ( Last tv was a Vizio p series) and my favorite thing has to be the amazing black levels and not having any "blooming/lightbleeding" whatsoever. You'll be blown away the first time you watch a hdr movie. You won't be able to go back to a non OLED display. Build quality is top notch as well. There are almost no bezels and the display is very thin. I use a sound bar but, The internal speakers are pretty good as well. They get decently loud and provide a rich surround sound effect. Also the tv has Dolby Atmos support. Usually built in speakers are lame but not this tv's. I could and would totally use the tv without a sound bar or system if I didn't already have one. Overall this is a great tv with superb picture and build quality.
