Loving my b9. Historically have owned Samsung and initially bought the Q90. Tried really hard to love the Q90, but personally the picture just fell short of my expectations at that price point so exchanged for B9, scored via open box. Return process seamless. Right away blown away by B9’s picture and sound! Remote mouse is awesome IMO makes navigating menus a breeze. Sound so good on B9 I took back my sound bar and rears!! Initial drag to learn no HBOGO, but screen mirroring through iPhone simple workaround with great quality. I am starting to notice faint dark clouding in lower banner areas that I’ll be trouble shooting with the cleaner feature thing before panicking.

After looking at TVs for the best year. It came down to this model LG and the Sony Master series OLED. You will definitely not be disappointed. First the price difference. I picked this up on sale for $2100.00 as opposed to the $1000 more difference on the Sony Model. The picture quality was phenomenal starting with the blackest blacks I’ve seen. I hooked up my XBox X and PS4. If your worried about burn in. I wouldn’t. If you walk away from the tv. It goes a a screen saver of fireworks exploding. The sound was amazing as well. Pairing it with a Dolby Atmos sound bar. It was light weight and very thin. I am so happy with my tv purchase!! This is the first LG I bought and it won’t be the last

I recently moved and bought a 75” LG nano cell tv and the picture was very underwhelming. I exchanged it and paid extra for the OLED version and WOW! Day 1 and me and the family are hooked. Even regular cable looks 4k. I tried Xbox one x games like call of duty, and the picture is incredible. If you are on the fence get it. If concerned about burnout, pay the 450 for 5 year protection, it’s covered. Delivery was also painless and easy.

And I am so old that my first big screen color TV was a TOSHIBA 35" CRT type TV that weighed in a 240lbs and my first "Flat" screen was a 36" Sony Vega CRT that weighed in at 260! This 65" is just over 55lbs and uses the same stand as it's 60" and 50" predecessors. It has as good or better picture and viewing angle than the old plasma's that I can't let go of. My one and only LCD/LED is now sitting unused as I try to figure out what to do with it. The operating system is very cool too. Setup was a breeze as it sensed what was hooked up to he HDMI ports. I waited literally years for this technology to get down to a price that I could afford. Can you tell I'm a little excited? It is just what I expected!

We waited patiently and finally decided in Dec 2019 to purchase the Best TV ever!! The picture quality is AMAZING. With holiday pricing from Best Buy, this was our best home addition upgrade by far. The reviews for this TV are definitely not hype. You won’t be disappointed

So I switched from a 2 year old Samsung 65" and I have to tell you, I am so glad I did! Samsung to me, has been declining in quality for the past few year and so far everything that i have switched to LG I have not regretted. The picture on this TV is by far better than on the Samsung! The setup was extremely easy and it has a very friendly user interface. Very pleased with this purchase!

Well known OLED defective panel issue

I got mine on black friday and I noticed a huge yellow tint around the middle of my TV on white screens/pictures. I googled it and it shows over ~50% people experience the same issue with OLED TVs. They concluded that it is almost impossible to get 'tint/banding free' panel. Some people even replaced the panel more than three times and still got the same issues. Such a big disappointment. A TV device > $2k should not have this problem at all. The picture quality is just great, awesome. But whenever there is a scene mostly with white color, it's very noticeable and irritating.

I am very pleased with my LG OLED B9 TV. It’s very well priced, fits and looks well on wall as it is very slim designed web OS technology is very well designed and apps are easy to access. I like the pointer built in the remote as it makes easy for search and entry. Colors are very vibrant and look sharp with well refined details in dark room. I avoid turning any lights on that will reflect back from TV screen and only keep a hall way light on which filters back into main room but doesn’t reflect from TV screen. Ordinary TV shows are just as if it was watched from any other TV but to 4K HD movies looks amazing and this entry level OLED is all you need to experience the difference and appreciate the technology it represent

The tv was purchased open box (shame on me) and it included nothing. No stand no remote. Within a month the screen went out. The tv power cycled then came back on screeching, the screen was red, so preset the power. It did it again. It was good for a few weeks then did it again. I’m just outside the return period so I guess I’ll fight LG? I own aC8, 55” and it has been great. This one not so much.

3 year review This TV has seen use 16 hours a day every day since purchase. Primary use is as a PC monitor. Ran a black background and toggled HDR as needed. Brightness has been set to 50, pixel shift is turned on. The TV has done four pixel refreshes. I do not have any calibrated equipment to measure brightness loss, but I would peg it at less than 3%. I have no burn in despite have two windows up 50% of the time in Windows side by side. I do use a second monitor to keep desktop icons and the task bar on. If you take the right precautions and take the time to toggle HDR, this monitor will last a very long time.

This LG OLED panel has all of the bells and whistles a smart TV would offer...and more! My previous TV was Samsung plasma (which had superb black levels), but OLED, HDR, 120 hz, and 4K technology gives this TV a massive improvement in visual quality. Comparing this TV against QLED / Quantum pixel models and you can see the difference in color quality. This TV is a top performer when it comes to its smart device skills, apps, web browsing, and other features. The latest Nvidia update lets you connect a compatible GPU to your TV via HDMI with the advantage of VRR, also known as G-sync. Overall, this TV is everything you would want in quality and performance, I had a hard time deciding over the B9 or the C9, but the difference is not as major. For those concerned about burn in, the TV is scheduled to do a pixel refresh once it hits a certain amount of hours, and if you watch constantly watch or play different scenes; you should not have to worry too about it as much unless you leave your TV on everyday watching the same static image for thousands of hours.

I hate hi movie theatre prices so 15+ years ago i got a high end 50" Panasonic plasma and never looked back. I still have that TV, but it was time for an upgrade! Almost got the LG 55" High end last year but held off, and glad i did. This 65" OLED TV ROCKS. Viewing angle is as good as plasma; deep blacks as good as plasma. CU rated the sound excellent on this TV, and that is no joke. You will not need a sound bar. No blooming. Did a lot of reading on burn-in risks; came across an independent running long terms tests on this set and came away reassured as i don't use it for heavy gaming and it doesn't sit on the same channel for days. unboxing/assembly is easy - be sure to have 2 people and take your time after reviewing the instructions. it is light and the upper half of the screen is very thin - i recommend if you put it on a stand that the stand be at least as wide as the TV. I found it easy to set up though a lot of people had difficulty based on internet reviews. I just took the default settings. 4K is awesome; Blu-ray disks play really well. Paired it with a Sony UBP-X700 player. Also an easy set up - all the internet review haters i don't get.

I compared this TV to everyone on the shelf for a month before I pulled the trigger. OLED is clearly superior in picture quality, but I was afraid of the glare from the extremely shiny glass. I got it home, hung it and oh man! I was in love. It is absolutely the best visual experience I have ever seen. It is also visually stunning when turned off. It is thin and shiny. It looks like it is floating on the wall. It is not cheap, but It is definitely worth it. And the Blacks. You really can tell when this thing is on when it scenes go-to black. It is a smart tv...Too smart, but that is a different topic.

This TV is incredible. The picture compared to my 2 year old LG flat screen is so much better. I’m not sure about “burn in” since I haven’t had it that long, but reading the one review, it sounds like you should stay away from CNN, but I didn’t need this TV to tell me that. The colors are amazing, and blacks and whites are much better. If you don’t mind spending the extra money, I highly recommend this TV.

Excellent picture quality for both movies and video games. Handles motion really well. 4K gaming with HDR is gorgeous. Viewing angle is wide, and handles bright and dark rooms well. “True blacks” are a touted feature for OLEDs, but I find the default settings to be too dark. For best viewing you probably want to calibrate the brightness a bit, or dark scenes will be too dark. Remote and menu system are ok. The remote has a pointer system that you can deactivate just by pushing a directional button, but I wish you could permanently turn it off. Those are nitpicks though. This is a fantastic TV.
