I am absolutely thrilled with this antennae. We used an indoor antennae with no problems at our previous apartment, but when we moved to our new place we struggled to get just a few channels with it. We switched to an outdoor antennae that claimed reception beyond the furthest tower, but it had spotty reception at best. Then we tried the motu sky and it worked great. The clarity in picture and sound is great and we get all the local channels available. We are apr 40 miles from the furthest tower and this is rated at 60 miles, so check your distances and directions of towers when you research your antennae options.

I have a large rooftop antenna that I receive about 10 to 12 channels with.
I cannot receive a couple of channels that I would like to, so I bought this antenna hoping to be able to get the channels I was missing.
This antenna got all of the channels I was already getting and I couldn't really justify the expense so I returned it. I would say if you don't have an antenna this one would be a good one because it works and is easy to install. Just not an upgrade for me :-)

I decided to leave cable and try an air Antenna and followed the advice of Best Buy's very knowledgeable Sales Associate who highly recommended the Mohu-Sky 60. I was initially skeptical that this antenna would actually work, especially since I live on several heavily wooded acres. The antenna was very easy to install inside my attic (installed as close to my interior attic peak as possible) and after just a few easy repositioning adjustments the signal reception was truly amazing! I'm able to receive all available local air channels (@ 26) and the quality and clarity of the picture is even better than my previous cable connection and it saves me @ $100 per month previously spent on just "basic" cable service. I definitely recommend the Mohu-Sky 60 with the in-line amplifier. You may experience an occasional signal interference during a severe storm, however, we even experienced that previously with cable.

The installation was very simple, the instructions were clear, and, the performance is excellent. We live almost 40 miles from the broadcast tower and still get a perfect signal....with one exception. we do get some pixilation/distortion on windy days. There are trees relatively close to where the antenna is mounted and when the trees are moving the signal gets distorted.

I read several reviews and visited the MOHU website multiple times before buying this antenna. I live in an area that has the ocean on one side and a rather large hill on the other -- and most stations are broadcasting from the other side of that hill. The MOHU website said I'd get about 20 channels based on my address. I'm pulling in over 60. That said, even some of the ones that should have a strong signal will go funky when a plane or helicopter goes over the neighborhood, which can be frustrating. All in all, I'm very happy.

I'm about 35 miles from transmitter locations in Atlanta with minimal obstruction at about 20 feet off the ground in an attic. I'm able to receive all available channels (40) in very good definition. The antenna itself was very easy to install and position. Very well manufactured product that delivers as advertised.

The Mohu SKY 60 antenna was very easy to install. Afterwards, we just channel scanned and had a bunch of quality HD channels to watch. Would recommend

I "cut the cable" and installed this antenna in the attic. We live about 45 from 2 metropolitan areas (rural-ish in between). This antenna works great. I receive 32 OTA channels - most in HD from both cities. The picture quality is actually better than the Dish Network HD picture.

This antenna was simple to install and works well. I have cut the cord with my $200 a month cable bill. I receive 36 channels with this unit after mounting it to my chimney. The hi def is spectacular. I have no complaints

Very satisfied with the number of channels and the quality of the antenna however I seem to have an issue with the buffering of the signal. The picture does not remain constant. You will get short delays in the signal and picture. Trying to work around this issue.

This product lives up to all the marketing material written about it. As a person who has purchased 3 other antennas of different styles since the HDTV conversion, this antenna surpasses all my expectations. What is astonishing is its size. This antenna performs better than some antennas 5x its size. I bought this to try because it said it uses new technology developed for the military. This is the only way I can explain how well it works compared to all the other traditional antenna or combination designs. My closest NBC station is 68.3 miles away and I receive it very well. The stations 24.4 miles away came in great while the antenna was indoors in my basement! It is truly omnidirectional, so you don't need a rotor or decide on how much signal you are bargaining for based on one position. All I can say is if you need the distance capability , this is the antenna for you.

Took a bit of experimentation to find the right spot in my attic (the higher, the better!), but the high-def pic is beautiful, and the included power signal amplifier works sufficiently well at the splitter level to provide clear signal throughout the house. The mounting bracket setup was easy (though the self-driving screws were worthless, as they often are in the provided kits - if you plan to use it, be sure to drill pilot holes before driving into studs. All in all, a good buy -

This is a great attic antenna for the price. We get all the local channels. The only concern is that we had to make sure it was placed by an outside wall to get the best reception. It would never last outside in the winter as it is made from a light plastic material.

I purchased at least 1/2 dozen antennas in the past few months during my quest to avoid paying high cable bills. I bought this antenna after reading the reviews. I also had an RCA antenna i paid $40 dollars for which worked the same. I returned this antenna and kept the RCA antenna. This probably is a good product; however it didn't work for me in my area.

Strong signal, easy set up. I haven't tried any of the other antennas so can't do a compare, but this works as expected. Try different parts of the house to determine where you can receive the most channels. I had 25 channels in what I expected to be my best location and 30+ in an unexpected location.

I live between Milwaukee Wi and Chicago. We had previously had direct tv. We took the dish off and used that to mount our antenna. We got 71 channels. Some of them were Spanish and there were a few repeat of channels which was fine for me. That meant that we were able to get Milwaukee, Chicago and some Indiana stations.
Defiantly worth the money

Installed this on my roof about a month ago. With all the switching between cable and satellite over the last 10 years there were plenty of cables terminating outside the house. I was able to send power through one of them to the amplifier placed outside in the box with the splitter.
Feeds 4 rooms, though only 3 have digital tuners at the moment. All get the same channels with rarely and dropouts (some tuners are better than others).
We live 35-55 miles from the towers transmitting the channels we want to watch. I actually don't watch much TV, but other family members are overjoyed to get local channels.
The only issue I had was wanting to use the same mount that the satellite dish used and not have to put new holes in the roof. The pole that it comes with is about half the size of the dish's pole. I took the dish completely apart and modified it's mount to hold the Sky 60 firmly using 3 of the 4 mounting holes. This way I didn't even have to get on the roof, just attach the pole, the slip on the dish's mount with the antenna attached, stand it straight up and done.
BTW, you can trust that this will pick up both UHF and VHF (a.k.a. Hi-V) signals. After months of research I was ready to buy a different brand when I happened upon a review that said I would've needed to buy additional parts to pick up VHF.
All in all very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend to those up to 55 miles from the transmitters they want access to. I'm not so sure about 60 because according to antennaweb.org, there are a couple of channels at 55 and 65 miles that we don't get, but we get all the ones at 56 miles...weird.

I love this antenna, I am able to pickup every single OTA channel in my area. Granted there are a lot subchannels that don't have the best reception, but it pulls in strong signals from all of the major cable networks. I also like the fact that it is omnidirectional and powered, you don't have to spend a lot of time pointing it and adjusting. Look at the website antenna web for the location of the broadcast antennas and simply point in the general direction.
