I’ve had a couple other mesh routers, and they never seemed to be able to give me the speeds I thought they should. (I pay for gig speeds and could only get 100 mbs down) literally right away after getting this setup my speeds were exactly what they should be. The setup was easy enough I had to call my isp to register it on their system but they knew what to do. If you’re looking for an awesome mesh network and have a larger amount of square footage look no further. I get perfect signal all around my home now and I’m so so happy.

I love these. They work great as a modem for my Xfinity 2-gig internet, and also as a WIFI-router for my home. Two is enough for WIFI coverage for my 2-story house, but I do use my eero WIFI extenders since I already had them previously. The orbi works seamless with the eero extenders also. I stream everything, including live TV through YouTube TV. I've had zero issues since installing these. I tried other brands but I always seem to go back to Netgear.

Upgraded from the nighthawk modem and nighthawk router setup. Some update caused the router to just continuously skip connections and cause disconnects. With the orbi system I haven't had any disconnects. I've also never had wifi reach the end of my road. My driveway ties in to a semi main road and I don't lose my signal til then. Made me up my security a bit more to be safe! All in all I've recommended this system to every single pre wire I've done and to anyone I know wanting improved internet and wifi at a reasonable price tag. With the orbi system I've future proofed my connection for years to come. And I thank best buy for carrying it and Netgear for providing the product! Cheers!

Bought these due to having so many connectivity issues with deco. I loved how it replaced my spectrum router and I haven’t had any issues since. I’m regularly getting speeds faster than the gig my plan currently provides.

I purchased this to replace the router from my ISP. I get way better connections with all my devices. I haven't experienced lag on my PS Portal since I set up this router system.

Got the modem/router version with 1 satellite. Setup was a nightmare but it’s been doing a good job. One upstairs one downstairs. Expensive though…

Just moved, and after having Spectrum for one month, the modem stopped working and was replaced by a technician who told me those modems aren’t the best. After that, I started researching to buy my own modem. Found out some modems use this Intel Puma chip which are causing issues, so make sure your modem doesn’t have that chip.
After looking into a new modem and mesh set up, I found this all in one system from Netgear Orbi. This set up allows you to have a modem/router combo (or gateway as some call it) with one of the devices while the other is the satellite (think WiFi range extender but better). It made sense to buy this versus buying a modem and Orbi’s separate. Speed tests have run great and no more complaints from my kids about lagging and teleporting in their games. It was very easy to set it up through the Orbi app and a few minutes on the phone with Spectrum. The instructions and information like the MAC ID, serial, etc, are all easily found, they’ve made this dummy proof.
This set up is future proof. Most people, like 99% of us, cannot take full advantage of the speed capabilities with this set up, so there’s no need to worry about having to upgrade this set up for a while. If you’re wondering the difference between the AX4200 and more expensive AX6000 model, the AX6000 does not have a modem/router combo version like this, so you’d need to buy a different modem. Also, the AX6000 simply allows for faster speeds that no one even has. There’s no justification to buy the AX6000 model and you can see YouTube videos comparing the two which will explain this.
Yes, it’s expensive. But this is a clear case of you get what you pay for. The Orbi app is awesome too. You can tell what devices are connected to the main router or satellite, you can cut internet access off to any device, there’s a lot of info and features in the app. Stop fussing with that modem and router from your cable provider or that old set up from a few years ago and upgrade today!

Pros
• All-in-one design reduces clutter and eliminates the need for a separate modem.
• Excellent coverage and speed for medium to large homes.
• Easy to set up and manage with the Orbi app.
• Future-proof with DOCSIS 3.1 and Wi-Fi 6 support.
• Expandable system for additional coverage.
Cons
• Advanced parental controls and security require a subscription.
• Higher upfront cost compared to systems without built-in modems.
• Limited compatibility with non-cable ISPs.
Who Should Buy It?
The Orbi CBK752 is an excellent choice for users with cable internet plans who want a streamlined solution without sacrificing performance. It's perfect for households with high internet usage, multiple connected devices, and a need for strong, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home.
Conclusion
The Netgear Orbi CBK752 is a premium, feature-rich mesh system that combines the convenience of a built-in cable modem with the performance of Wi-Fi 6. While its higher price point and subscription-based extras may deter some, the all-in-one design, excellent coverage, and future-proof features make it a worthy investment for those looking to upgrade their home network.

I have been a proud owner of the original Orbi (RBK50) since day one when it was first released a few years ago. It has served me very well during these years, and I was really weary of upgrading or changing to any other device.
However, with WiFi6 already here, I finally bit the bullet and decided to upgrade to this Router/Modem/Satellite Orbi combo. Because my original experience with the RBK50 was a little rough (It was early in development, and it was a whole new technology) I was a little afraid that I was gonna have the same poor experience initially, but boy was I wrong.
This Orbi system has been rock solid since day one, I have over 30 devices connected on my network at all times. TVs, Eufy Security Cameras, Android Tablets, iPads, Ooma VOIP system, Soundbars that connect to Wi-Fi, Smart lights, Smart Thermostats, Phones, and more. Everything has had a rock solid and stable connection 24/7.
I can't be happier with the system so far. Of course not all is great. I had a really rough experience setting up the Orbi, The App would fail to connect to them. I had to do it on the computer, and then even in the computer I had trouble setting it up too.
The Orbi web interface would not recognize my input, took me many tries till it finally went through. It turns out it doesn't like it if you just leave the options as they are during the first security questions in setup. You must pick and select several times and then type, leave spaces and delete and type again. I tried with Chrome, Edge and Firefox, all with the same issue.
Another thing, don't do what I did, I called Comcast and activated the modem first, then went into the app and tried to configure. The app expect you to follow the wizard and activate the modem online (not calling Comcast) I think that's why the app had issues finishing the setup for me.
Another thing, this Orbi system seems smaller in pictures than it is in real life. The main unit (Modem/Router) is actually like 2 inches bigger than the RBK50, and the satellite is actually the same height as my original Orbi. So keep that in mind too.
Anyways, aside from that bad setup experience, the rest has been nothing but perfect with this Orbi System. I absolutely love it so far as much as I liked my original RBK50.
Get it, you won't regret it!

Best Mesh Wifi System I've Owned

(Long Review)
This is the best WiFi System I've owned. The range on this system is more than enough to cover my entire 3000 sq. ft. house (incl. basement, back patio and out to the front of driveway) and the signal is both strong and reliable (doesn't drop off, no dead zones). Also, since this system is a WiFi 6 system I SHOULDN'T be needing to change/upgrade this system anytime soon. No technical issues with the system to speak of yet (knock on wood), the biggest hiccup for me was with the app. I particularly like the feature of being able to see everything that is connected to my network via the app, and I purposefully specifically name each device that is connected so that I can see if a device were to get on my network without my authorization (hasn't happened yet to date, system also has great security features). However, whenever I add new devices I've found the need to reboot the system sometimes in order for new devices to show up in app properly (found this out via NetGear's Orbi Forums). This is not a huge deal at all for me, but I did want to mention it since other people may find this to be a bigger issue.

I have been a life long linksys user. The last 2 linksys routers i got never lasted me longer than a year. I couldn't even get wifi in my own driveway either. The salesman at best buy pointed me towards the orbi and what a world of difference. Out of the box i had it up and running in 15 mins. I have no dead spots in my home at all. I can get a wifi signal on the street. I almost talked myself out of making the purchase because orbi is a tad expensive. I am so glad i went ahead and made this purchase. I have not had loss of signal one time since i purchased these and i was loosing wifi 2 and 3 times a day with my old linksys. Treat yourself and you will not be sorry.

We had to replace an older Netgear modem/router and I took a recommendation and went with a different brand. 3 days later I returned that and bought the Orbi. It was really easy to set up, we are seeing full speeds for our internet plan and we have had no issues with random reboots and signal drops. Both of us work from home and are frequently on Teams/zoom calls at the same time and have not seen any issues since setting up the Orbi.

So far everything seems to be working as it should. Modem / Router and satellite both took an update and still works fine. They are getting the speed /data rate they are paying for now at 500 mb. Having the satellite hardwired to PS5 and TV seem to use to much bandwidth. Will switch them to main unit when they move to fix that issue.

Moved into a new place with two floors and wanted a good modem/router combo with the ability to extend the WiFi signal with mesh. I have Xfinity and it’s been working great so far, providing download speeds of 577 mbps. I did have one issue with the satellite not connecting but NETGEAR support was able to easily identify the problem, and help me update the firmware. It now works very well.

I have a ~2300 Sq ft home. Pretty standard, nothing crazy. Main router is in the middle of the first floor and needed solid Wi-Fi upstairs and into my wfh space in the first floor. Tried the eero first but always dropped out of zoom calls. I decided tomomvest in this Orbi system and now my coverage and connection throughout the house and into my yard is amazing. No drops, no lag, just consistent solid Wi-Fi.
