After using the rental cooler from Poland spring for the past 5 years and now this I can tell you there is no comparison to the Primo. Very easy to use you don't have to worry about it splashing all over your wall when you put a new water on. You Just open The bottom up pull out the old one put the tube in the new one and then close it. The hot is great and do is the cool and colder settings.

Our top-loading water dispenser broke. It's been leaking for the past few months and now, we have water damage to the walls. I came across this water dispenser while searching for it in Amazon. Luckily, I saw the same thing and bought it at BB online store. This bottom-loading water dispenser will save your back in the long run. No need to carry 5 gallon water to put it in place. Just plug the tube and you're all set. Very convenient. It also has, hot, cold and room temp water to choose from. It has On and Off switch for the hot and cold water. I really like this feature because we don't use the cold water so, having the On/Off switch is really good. It also has a night light with On/Off switch in case you need it. The bottom-load already sealed the deal for me but the 3 water choices was an added bonus! The only thing is, I'm not sure if this is an energy-saver furniture. It doesn't have the energy-saver logo. But it is a must-buy IMHO. Good luck.

Very slim and well shaped, this fits well in most places in my kitchen. The fact that it's bottom loading means i don't have to risk hurting my back getting a 5gallon jug on top of it without spilling. I also eat a lot of ramen so the fact that it gives hot water is a plus! comes out super hot.

I did quite a bit of reading looking for a quality water dispenser and this one has to be one of the better one's i have seen on the internet and the ability to price match another store with also having the warranty is nice. I have saved so much on not having to buy bottled water anymore since having this and its nice to be able to get hot water with a flick of a switch.

I didn't want the old-fashioned upside-down water cooler for my office, so I took a chance on this, but worried in the back of my head that the mechanism that draws the water up would be cheap and it wouldn't last. I happy my worries were unfounded and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. The mechanism that draws the water up is a sturdy long straw that goes to the bottom of the water container and clamps securely to the top of the container. The unit is durable (I accidentally slammed a desk into it while I was moving and absolutely nothing happened to the unit). The cooler is also stylish, quiet, and cranks out ice cold water and hot water in short order. There's also a nightlight that illuminates the tray/spout area. Initial setup takes maybe 3 minutes. I would recommend this product to anyone.

What interest me first was the price. I also like the bottom load, the color and how it has both cold and hot. The only thing negative is that it doesn't have a light - it would be nice for those who wake up during the night to get water.

I have this in my office & it’s been good to me. The one negative thing is that the hot water option doesn’t work, not right away at least. I use it mostly for cold, none the less.

I saw alot of weird reviews before i bought this product about noisy and broken out of box, i dont see any problems and its not loud, there are switches for hot and cold water to turn on which i guess if you leave on too long probably would be noisy or break it so if you treat it well it will treat u well.

I have had this dispenser for about half a year and have no complaints. Has a night light, steaming hot and very cold water, not noisy. The only thing I can see improved is the speed the water is dispensed, it could be a little faster, but not a deal breaker. It also looks nice!

bought my first unit online from BBB and the unit was dead on arrival. Just the pump worked, the hot and cold functions did not work. Immediately packed it back up and returned it to the store. I read a lot of bad reviews online on this product looks like it's a 50-50 chance of making it past the first year. I bought a new unit with an extended warranty and Best Buy's immediate exchange or return policy makes it worth a try. Most website offers extended warranty after the manufacturer warranty expires and its still a pain to get it shipped back and forth during the manufacturer warranty. Bestbuys warranty starts from day and it's less hassle as I can return it to the store for full refund. Will see how far this unit survives.

nice looking and extremely simple to use. love the fact the container is hidden. SAVINGS LOTS OF MONEY & HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT NOW THAT I DON'T BUY SO MANY WATER BOTTLES.

An excellent bottom water dispenser. I have watched some review videos on which one should I buy. I did not get disappointment with Primo Water. Really easy to install, and it isn't that big to take a lot of space. I should have done this long time ago finally no more recycle bottles of water all over the house. I am totally recommend this bottom water to anyone wants to save money on water 10-out-10.

This is a great product. You have the ability for hot and cold water. You can turn off the hot if you just want room temp. water and cold water. The bottom load makes it easy to replace the bottle when done.

Our public water contains … (well, eck!). Got a dispenser elsewhere and it lasted 6 months. Got this one at Best Buy an am still using it two years later. Very nice. Easy to load. Now I do not have to mop the floors after loading it.

I thought this one came with an LED light for use at night but I guess that is only on certain models. It has too switches on the back: one for heat and the other for cooling. So you do have the option to dispense room temperature water if you like. It has an indicator light for when the 5 gallon bottle becomes empty. I'm disappointed that the "straw connector" does not set completely on the "Primo type" bottles so there is always a little watter left at the bottom. I cannot fit a 20oz bottle onto the shelf but regular 16oz bottles fit. Overall it works great. Saves room in the fridge without having water bottles and saves money.

At first I was upset because the machine was not dispensing water, then I checked YouTube and was an easy fix took me less than 5 minutes, apparently happened when they were transporting the item a hose was loose however is 3 minutes for you to take the top part (regular screw driver ) clicking back the hose, after that everything was perfect, this machine works like a champion, I noticed that even businesses are using it. Take no time to cold the water and you can make tea with the hot water option. Check YouTube is this happening to you do not return this item, this a very good product made in China but good

This is a great product i bought it in 2021 and have not had any issues the water is super cold and i love that you can have the hot water turned on or off definitely would buy again

I bought this as a wedding gift for my brother and sister-in-law. My sister-in-law is a very small girl and she can reload this with ease. They have not had any complaints.
