Love this machine. Came with an iFIT free 1 year trial. I love it! For someone who is trying to get motivated to be more active..I love the concept of walking through a place like Fiji with a trainer telling you work out tips, coaching you, and giving you interesting facts about the area. It’s a nice distraction and the fact that they adjust the speed and incline makes it super easy to get your heart pumping! I did pay the fee to have it set up by geek squad and I would do it again. Worth it if you can swing it

I am giving this 3 stars. We received the treadmill weeks ago and put it together but discovered that the left leg bracket holes were drilled incorrectly and the treadmill could not be put together safely. After 2 video tech appointments with Proform they created a case with the manufacture Iconn. The part finally arrived this Wednesday. But we have not torn down the treadmill to replace the part and complete the build. We have not been able to use the treadmill since it arrived. I feel like I should get at least my points back for the hassle and lack of use. We had a 15 year old treadmill that died and this was to replace that one. Right now it looks like it is off to a rocky start. When we received the part from Icon the box was ripped open and torn. The part was not wrapped in the paper. It looks like the part was thrown in the box and along with twisted wrapping layed on top. There is a slight scuff mark on the leg but not big enough to return. I will have todo a follow up once it is built and tested. At this point I can not recommend this treadmill.

Awesome! I love this treadmill and love the iFit app! Workouts are amazing! You can schedule live and/or recorded workouts. Or you can snap a route using Google Earth (in the app) anywhere in the world! I've run past the Eiffel Tower, along the coast of Cape Town, Africa, and on my favorite running path in Columbus, OH! Super cool! Treadmill itself is also easy to assemble with two people.

I love it so far I hve used it for a little under 2 weeks and love it. Good size screen picture below to show compared to my hand, easy foldaway feature, doesnt take too much space, and I just go to the ifit app and follow my trainer’s 4 week course and allow the trainer to control my treadmill and love it! I got the ifit membership free for a year by registering for a 1 month free trial and then called customer service to ask about the year long memberhsip since it listed at purchase you get a year and only gave me 1 month free and now I have it until 2023 for free! I have already lost almost 7 pounds since!

Very nice machine, quiet and easy to use. Only downfall that I have is that you can not connect your own music to it, but it does have a nice variety of updated stations to choose from.

I have plantar fasciitis and this treadmill is comfortable & smooth. I still have to use good shoes, athletic tape and compression socks, but they don't hurt after like they do after walking on a dirt trail. My tv remote and phone don't move. Ifit has an individual option-the $40 people mention is for family package. The treadmill came with a year free of ifit, and of course it's fun to have places like Costa Rica & mount everest to walk/hike with guides/trainers as well as music included & have the treadmill auto-adjust speed and incline. The machine beeps when it's adjusting, and the adjustments are smooth. I like that you can show/hide the time & speed on the treadmill when using ifit options. The fans speed can be adjusted, just not angle. I just put my shoes or grab a glass of water after turning the machine on and it's ready to go by the time I am done. You can adjust warm up/cool down times/speed or choose to skip them altogether/end them early. Screen lighting is good. Only wish would be a USB instead of auxiliary connection to connect phone, but not a huge deal. I read main issues seemed to be during install so I paid extra for best buy to set up. Water in a glass barely moves when t've tried a slow jog. I tend step out once in a while when walking/jogging and this treadmill is plenty wide for my mis-steps. I've had it nearly 5 months and have enjoyed it so much I use it most days. More about Ifit: it also has other workout videos beyond just for the treadmill-it has an application that is compatible with Roku.

Have had this for several years and still working fabulous!

The iFit is ok most of the workouts don’t load and the tablet is so cheap it won’t update either... Also, when you start a workout and pause it your gone longer than 10 min it restarts your stats and workout and stats which is annoying. Treadmill is a lil loud and some screws were hard to fit correctly but nice other than that.

Got this put together by the geek squad! They were awesome! They even showed me how to operate the treadmill. I love it. Gym quality!

I bought it 5 weeks ago and the software has been updated twice and that is great but, this las time the IFIT stop working, it does not launch the workout routines and just gives the message of IFIT stopped working and the monitor goes blank. All this while the belt keeps working as you are in warm up mode ..... it stays like this for a couple of minutes and the monitor kicks you back to the main screen like everything is ready to start, you can select another routine or manual mode and every time is about to start the routine it does the same thing, goes blank and the error window pop up. Like I said, that happened just after I updated the software, before that it was working great

Looking forward to buy a treadmill, and this was exactly what I wanted. Met all my expectations, even more!

Screen Needs to be reset every single time. I will return it

This is a bad product its been 1 year i bought yhis maxhine and it does not work the company doesn't want to exchange it and keep on sending repairs and technicians and they don't fix it

Overall this treadmill is a really great machine! It is a good size for an at home treadmill and not overly bulky. It does, however, take up a good amount of space. It is really easy to run on and has good shock absorption. There is no lag on the higher speeds. Other nice features are the built-in fans, speakers, and cup holders. The main feature is the built-in screen. The good-sized built-in screen is a definite perk when using the iFit programs. iFit membership is definitely a perk and what makes this treadmill stand out above others. The iFit programs are a lot of fun and offer a lot of variety. It is nice to have the capability to track your progress as you set different goals. Ther is always the option to use the treadmill in manual mode, and even with that the visual of the 1/4 mile track is a nice motivator. The built-in touch screen really is great to use. If planning on using it with the built-in iFit programs you will want to make sure you are using it in a location with good wifi! It would not be as useful in a garage or basement with poor wifi. One downside to the built-in screen is that there isn't anywhere to put a device like an iPad or a phone. On my previous ProForm there was a clip where you could mount a device, which was then used to connect to iFit. However, it was also nice if you wanted to watch Netflix or something while walking or jogging on the treadmill. It would be nice if there was a place to put a phone or tablet on this treadmill. Obviously, this is minor in comparison to the full functionality of the product. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product! I have been using ProForm treadmills for several years and this is another great product from ProForm! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Feels like i’m using a professional machine, Only deducting one star because putting it together was tough and due to the quality it is heavier than most. Great overall buy!

I ordered this treadmill on the 4th of this month and it came 2 days later. However the installers were unable to set it up because the holes didn’t properly align for the assembly. I had to spend approx 2 hours between calling Best Buy and going in the store to set up the pick and exchange and new install date. The new one arrived promptly and I had it set up by geeksquad. It was one guy that came out and he took about 3 hours. The treadmill is easy to use. It’s sturdy which I LOVE. The only things I noticed that are a slight issue is that during manual workouts, iFit plays music and I can’t figure out how to stop it so I have to mute the volume. Also the incline and speed buttons are right by eachother so it can get confusing to someone who may need to change speed/incline and hit the wrong button. Also I did notice while running it was kind of easy to step on to the top of the treadmill and off the belt. The last two things I mentioned were actually in reviews from the previous model, but I thought it was improved in the newer model. I was a tad disappointed, but other than that, great treadmill for beginners and for at home workouts.

I got this one to replace Horizon T-101-3 (Bought 2012). I got it through Best Buy due to the awesome free indoor delivery service. I set this one up myself and found Carbon T7's frame is not as well-built as Horizon T-101. It's also harder to install than T-101. I was having buyer's remorse as I was setting it up. It took a while to boot up the 7" console and had to wait for firmware update. Normally, Horizon T-101 took 2 seconds to be ready for use after powered on but this unit will take at least 30 seconds to boot up the console before it's usable. Then I registered the free 1-year iFit membership and started using it. iFit blew my mind. I believe iFit's instructor led training will get me hook on using this treadmill. Due to iFit, I gave this unit 4 start instead of 1. *Note: This unit works without iFit subscription.
