Its a good product, good quality build, plus really easy to switch between joysticks. However, i am unhappy about several things on the controller. First, the controller is i believe, build for people with bigger hands, the joysticks feel like they are far apart compare to a regular xbox controller. Which makes it difficult to fully grab and gives it an uncomfortable feeling, as well as finger fatigue, due to the constant strain of your fingers stretching. Second, the paddles on the back are way to in the middle of the back of the controller which it also makes it hard to be able to use them. And also you cannot remap em if you do not have a computer, so it makes it barely useable if youre using console. Only for things like crouching and jumping. And third, it is bothersome how sensitive the joysticks are when them down, and since it is a wider controller you can accidently click the joysticks mid fights, ive already lost so many fights due to the click of the joystick, i wish they could fix the width problem on this controller if they ever make a new version of this controller. Therefore i do only recommend this if you have bigger hands, or have no issues if you dont use the back paddles. Furthermore i really do want to appreciate the components used for some parts of the controller, like the XYAB buttons, they do feel extremely well put together with a nice clicky sound like a keyboard. And other components feel like a luxury item, and id for sure compare it to the xbox elite series.

This will be my 3rd or 4th different razer controller for Xbox and I’ve loved all of them but I’d have to say this is the best even tho it is more expensive then the previous ones it’s great looks well made extremely nice gaveling extra buttons on back and on top of controller if you need a controller especially if your competitive even if your not I would recommend this I wanted to put 4.5 stars but could only do 4 or 5 the only reason I did not give it a 5 is I wish they would make a wireless version if it’s possible but none the less 100% must buy just keep in mind I believe it only works on Xbox series s and series x.

Quality is unrivaled when i comes to this controller. Fits comfortably in hand and responsive as they come. I also own the previous version and it is still in great shape. I prefer the corded controller over wireless . You can’t go wrong with a razer, the price was extremely reasonable for the quality you receive its the best deal you’ll find.

This gaming controller is really comfortable and I use it while I am traveling for work! I enjoy the RGB colors of the controller. The controller is not as expensive as other controllers but it is highly quality for gaming.

The razor V2 Controller is the best controller that I have used in my 10 years of playing games. The quality of the controller from the response of the buttons to the comfortable feeling you get when holding it in your hands for hours of playing is what makes this controller stand out from others. The setup is very easy, I didn’t have to look at the instructions from unboxing to playing a game, and the controller works right out of the box. The optional app that it recommends you download on your console is a nice addition to the whole experience. I would highly recommend downloading it as it is how you customize the controller’s button mapping. My only qualm about the product was the smell that plagued the controller right out of the box. It’s difficult to describe, but I couldn’t smell it unless the controller was really close to my face. Eventually, the smell did go away, and it doesn’t seem to linger on your hands after a few hours of playtime. Cleaning it didn’t make the smell go away and I hadn’t seen anyone else complain about it on the internet so I don’t think this should be the deciding factor as to whether or not you should buy this controller.

This is one of the best controllers I’ve ever had. Built solid and the mechanical face and D pad buttons are great. Very tactile and satisfying to press. The RGB while not necessary is a welcomed addition. Highly recommended. The Razer controller application for Xbox also works great.

Really comfortable controller and extra buttons are in good location, just wish they were clicky tactile like the skittles are. Had been using the Wolverine Ultimate Tournament controller for so many years wasn't sure if I'd like this new one but I do.

I recent bought this to replace my Razer Wolverine Ultimate because it's getting old and has been used heavily. I used the V2 for about 4 days and what I can say is that it definitely doesn't feel like an upgrade. In comparison to the Ultimate here are the pros and cons. Pros: - Tactile d-pad - More premium feeling trigger stops - tactile bumpers - USB type-C cable - software is up-to-date and works with xbox integrated software - capture button for xbox - more RGB if that's ur taste Cons: - Feels cheaper - option and menu button are in an awkward position - no more buttons for mic muting and volume. Ur limited to xboxs software which means ur mic quality can be very quiet which happened to me. - thumb sticks are actually is a wider position then the ultimate which to me made it harder to control the sticks. And the sticks didn't feel as good as the Ultimate. - the controller is smaller to it can feel awkward in some people's hands. - no breakaway cable. The breakaway cable for the ultimate actually helped save my controller from dropping. - ABXY Buttons have a farther actuation point meaning that it takes more force to press then the ultimate. - no carrying case. For the price it should definitely come with one In conclusion if this is ur first upgrade to a controller this is pretty good but for the price the Ultimate or tournament edition razer controllers are better value. Sucks cause I like what the improvements had to offer but the overall controller wasn't great and wish it was just added on to the Ultimate.

I am a huge Xbox elite controller fan! I only use the controller on the pc. I bought the series 1 used it for years very awesome! Gave to wife, bought series’s 2. Loved it! I would talk nothing but greatness until almost a year later. Started playing god of war and the left vibration came lose sounds terrible! Sounds like a cheap broken toy. I was gunna buy another and came across this bad boy! Everything about this Razer controller is better than the Xbox one. The feel, love the color changing light. The analog buttons you can change! I just got them and got like 30 hours playing on it. Vibration is solid. No drifting issues. I thought it being wired would bother me, it doesn’t. Only thing I wish I could do is remove the back buttons. That’s not a game changer because they do not get on the way at all! Very good solid controller. I would buy all over again. It even holds up agains Kratos vibration. I do believe I have found the best pc controller ever!

Quite centrally to some other reviews, I prefer the placement of the back buttons on this one. I owned the elite 2 controller, and occasionally hit the back buttons by accident, can't say I ever did with this one, yet. Also, the thumbstick doesn't drift, as a premium controller shouldn't. My elite 2 controller drifted its soul, I returned it. As of today they haven't solved that issue.. but that's off topic. My only complaint is the placement of view and menu buttons. Let's just say it's ridiculous; can't reach without moving hand off the grip, having big hands don't help either. I had to map them to the assignable buttons on the top for games that require these buttons often. For this reason, I took off one star. I have been winning a lot more FPS games with this one. Take fortnite for example, the game requires aiming, agility and speed like many FPS games do, on top of that the game requires you to build. I don't have to take my hands off the thumbsticks now.

This is by far my favorite controller I’ve ever own and I have owned a lot. The tactical feel of all the buttons is perfection. The only downside is that it’s wired but still a 5 star for over quality and all it does.

I give this controller 3 at best. Pros - very responsive, RGB lights , Tactical buttons and built for shooters. Cons - Analogs sticks come off too easily, the shape of the controller , the deadzone aswell the deadzone adjustment is awful and most importantly the back paddles/buttons is god awful it’s literally no way it use them comfortably and especially at a high competitive level. Basically still better than an average Xbox controller but they are better options paddles literally are so bad on this controller the way it is placed. Sadly this is a hype controller for competitive when the paddles is bad also the what is nuts !! Is that I bought a 2 geek squad protection for this controller that I don’t like so I’m stuck with it.

Although it has back buttons I find myself using them sparingly so far, having said that they are in a great placement but might be a little short for someone with shorter hands. The lights are a great little add on but what really makes me give it five stars is the responsiveness of the controller. I went for the wired because it’s cheaper but also so I never needed to charge it.

I'm absolutely in love with this controller. I've had the previous version (wolverine ultimate) and like the improvements that were made on the V2. Currently using on PC & Series X. If you're between this and any scuf..trust me...from someone who's had both. Razer is the way.

The Wolverine V2 Chroma is an awesome controller. The mechanical buttons have a great feel and are really responsive. I use it for PC gaming, so the extra mappable buttons come in really handy. I do wish that the view and menu buttons were placed just below the Xbox guide button for easier access. The RGB lighting is nice but cannot be customized, it always cycles.

The software app is a little sketchy, but the overall feel and use of the controller is amazing. I had issues with the connectivity on regular Xbox series s/x controllers on my pc. And I tried 3! But with this being directly connected to my pc I have no issues. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a controller option on pc. ALSO, this comes with a joystick extension so you don’t have to buy an aftermarket one.
