Great VR Experience on the Cheap

This is a great VR Headset on the Cheap way better than the Google Cardboard and Cheaper than the Samsung VR, what i think makes this product stand is the well tough layout (triple Head Band, Perforated Leatherette, Adjustable Spacing for the Eyes, Opening for the Camera, Opening for Headphone and Charger, and sufficient space for big phones).
This works using the Google Cardboard Apps, some do rival the Oculus and HTC Vive (except when interacting that is where this falls short) this also depending on your phone, that is a big consideration, Using a Note 4 the screen is clear and the Performance is Acceptable
The Achilles heel of this is the controller, it looks ok, but it leaves a lot to be desired, first the mode that it boots in doesn't work for VR apps, it has to be changed to the Pointer mode first and the Pointer is always visible (even if you put it to the corner it can still be seen), other than the controller this is great (use a Moga Controller instead and save 5 bucks)

Works as should, though you can see part of the inside and can't adjust where the eye locations are. However, you can move the phone around very well. I spent 20m trying to put a battery into the remote, because the spring was poorly positioned.

I bought it for $3, thats what it’s worth, Cheaply constructed. The components were falling apart right from the box. Would be a toy for a kid to ply with.

A decent VR for a good price, in case you are experimenting with VR for the first time. The controller isn't all that good but the headset is pretty good for your basic VR apps and games.

Working fine but the controller isn't easy to use. It's kind of plastic but i didn't expect much for what I've paid. If you want a basic, affordable VR this one will get the job done

It’s pretty basic, it wasn’t expensive, though. They’re worth it, but also I’d say I’d go ahead and buy the more expensive ones.
I got one can not get the “trigger” to work on the controller, which is necessary for all games. And nothing I can find about making it work. The rest of the controller works, because I can move the volume up and down, as well as mute my phone. So I’m not sure what’s up and google doesn’t know either. Haha. Anyway, if you have kids, and aren’t afraid of it falling off of their head with your phone in it, go ahead and get it for them. Search google cardboard apps first to find some that interest you for them.

I got this because it was on a super sale. I was hoping it would fit my iphone 7 inside it's case. My case is pretty slim and dosent add much, but it's just a tad too thick so the thing pops open. Also, it does not have any apps or licenses that come with it. The remote looks cool, but is pretty cheaply made and only supports a small handful of apps on iOS. Anyway, worth it on super sale, but not at full price.

This was a birthday gift for a 12-year-old boy. He had been wanting this VR item for months, and I was waiting for the right and special time to give this to him. He loves his gift! I haven't heard him say it is difficult to use (he's really technologically smart). I would definitely recommend as a Christmas gift for not only kids, but anyone who wants to have fun.

It's comfortable, affordable, and does the trick. You can adjust it on the top and sides like binoculars. It seems to be that solid next level up from cardboard or View Master for sure, very comfy, though I also see why some models of VR are better and more expensive. Mainly, I wish there were more apps that did more, otherwise what's the point? I hoped my son would be playing with this all the time, but due to lack of bountiful apps and games and such, it's mostly left alone. The View Master requires $15-30 disks to use with it--expensive and limited--but LOOKS way, way cooler than what you can do with these, if that makes sense. Apps are free or cheap, the plus side, but just a bit limited. So, yes, it's cool, it works, and my guess is more apps and things to view and games to play will inevitably appear over time, so I recommend it to have around, totally.

The quality is not that good but I am not really disappointed due to its price and it does my job. I enjoy it every time I wear it. I don't really recommend if you really want a high quality since there are a lot of variety of VR out there in market. But if you are looking to start to feel the VR experience then this must be your first VR

Got for son Christmas and it is cool. Everything works well, my only complaint is my glasses fit pretty tight but guess that is to be expected. He loves it, already downloaded several apps for it and shared with whole family. Neat unit, my first experience with VR and it amazes me how your senses are affected by a headset.

We actually ended up returning this because the functionality is minimal. It comes with a remote which is nice, but the remote only works with very few games that you can download, rendering it almost useless unless the game you happen to download uses the movement of your head to achieve game play, most of which were boring or pointless. May be fun for small children, but most likely they would get bored with it after several hours or days. Our iPhone 6's fit in this with ease, without the cases of course. Please keep in mind this review is based off of iOS usage, and the experience with android may vary, though it plainly states the entire device works with both.

Not equal to samsungs VR yet. It's an ok device for kids say 10 and under they will probably love it, just don't let them see the difference with samsungs VR device. It's an ok device I would give it a 3 out of 5 it's very comfortable, it has some ok apps that are free to download a few a little glitchy though. I even paid for one app and that wasn't so bad , just lost my attention after about 45 min. I believe that's the real issue the apps to view that are not up to that of the Samsung VR viewing apps. I figure 3-6 months this product will be worth investing in even now for $30 bucks or the one for $20 without the game remote is not a bad price for what it gives you ...a little entertainment ,a look into the future of games, tv shows, movies, ppl interaction and even more, future tech is coming it seems.

After reading several reviews I did not find anyone speaking about the needed phone apps. Neither golf my phones were able to download it either. I was not able to use with my LG or my Galaxy so I had to return it. Lesson learned.

With my iPhone XR, the cardboard app did not work. Did try the VR X-racer app, experience was good. The bluetooth controller is very crude but for 20 bucks getting a VR experience I think it's fine. Need to be careful to use it for short durations to enjoy VR experience and be healthy. If any of your friends own it, can borrow it and feel the experience unless you are ready to shell few bucks and put it in your storage.
