Installed by our remodelers mid-November. Have run it 5 or 6 times. Twice we have opened it at the end of its cycle to find standing water filling the base of the unit. the first time it drained itself as my husband opened and closed detergent drawers and turned it off and on and possibly he found the hold 3 seconds to drain button (he doesn't recall). This time none of those actions is making it drain. The manual that came with it is generic for all models and has no troubleshooting category for this. Planning to spend the morning doing online research and help requests instead of prepping for Thanksgiving.

Make sure you purchase rinse aid before using the dishwasher or your plates and cups will never dry. Ive seen alot of bad reviews because it doesnt dry. Put rinse aid and problem solved.

We have tried it over and over and every time it triggers the sensor and the pump keeps running but it won’t do the final drain- instead it leaks into the bottom and beeps until we turn the breaker off. We have to use the shop vac to get the rest of the water out. No good.

The drawers and moving parts and glides are all so cheap and flimsy. The dishwasher is only 5 months old and already will not wash a quarter of the dishes on the bottom rack. I’m stumped as to how that can happen if the sprinklers are spinning freely, which they are. Also, it has the stupid function where it will not start automatically again if you open it during the wash and add a dish, you have to hold down the start button again before closing the door and hope you can hear the beep. With kids in the house, often times that button doesn’t get pushed again. Stupid!

UNPROFESSIONAL...never have Best Buy install

I was NOT home and the guy came into my house with nobody there, put excessive damage in 2 places of my BRAND NEW Cabonets as well as left a mess and tore through my brand new under sink equipment. The dishwasher leaked everywhere. The man that was going to pay for damages is MIA and my contractor made it not leak. I have received norhing for the damages and will never shop with Best Buy Again.

Dryer Cycle Sucks

DON’T buy this Samsung unless you like drying your dishes with a towel and having to leave it open so it doesn’t stink. The drying cycle sucks. I’ll be contacting Best Buy again for a warranty replacement.
