Love this washer! One load is double my old washer. I love the navy blue . This washer is not for someone short because the tub id deep. The petsense works great too. It's very quiet and does a great job cleaning my laundry. Worth every penny.

My wife and I just moved. We had to leave behind our LG Washer/Dryer which were working fine. The new (to us) house had a very old 1970's washer/dryer. Everything was updated but not the washer/Dryer. So off to Best Buy we go. My wife & I used bestbuy.com. After careful consideration we selected this set. We have been happy with every other Samsung appliance so we were looking at the options from Samsung this time as well. We have had this set for a couple of months now and it has performed perfectly every time. I would recommend this pair to family & friends. The units are well built and responsive. I have to say I like these better than my old LG units. These have a higher quality build-factor.

Very beautiful to look at but unfortunately that doesn’t make the close clean. having some issues with rinsing and spinning out the water I called so they could help me out with this and it was hassle free hopefully the new replacement works better. The dryer works great I’m going to wait and see how the new one goes before I put a rating on this because I’m definitely gonna give it another chance

Absolutely love this Samsung washing machine. Big drum allows you to wash large loads of laundry. And it's very quiet as well.

First time bought this washing machine this big in dark blue.Runs very smooth and cleans all clothes clean and gentle.Samsung do make best home appliances and Best Buy helpd me to get the best deal and product and installation services.

Love the color/look of the washer. It runs great and so quiet compared to others. Decided on the pet care with having a large dog and it works awesome at getting hair out

First purchase was an open-box, which had the common issue with the drum being out of balance. Bestbuy made good on the purchase and replaced it at no charge. Good washer so far. Like the capacity of it.

Great washer for those with multiple pets! The pet hair traps catch a decent amount of fur during the wash cycle.

I been looking for bigger with less noise washer. This washer is a great fit of what I have been looking for. It’s huge and queit.

Im liking my washer and dryer set I got from Best Buy.

I will never ever in my life shop for anything at Best Buy. I had the worst experience and I am still going through it. Best Buy was supposed to deliver my washer and dryer. The installers broke the dryer, dragging it up my driveway and still tried to hook it up without telling me.. I waited and received two failed attempts to deliver the new dryer and install the washer. They finally came seven days later, and installed the washer and dropped the dryer off and did something wrong and caused my second floor, laundry room to flood and I have a huge hole in my ceiling with water pouring from upstairs downstairs into my kitchen. My wooden floors are ruined and so is my kitchen tables from the water. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, I AM UPSET, ANGRY AND MAD!

This washer works great! It’s got extra filters to trap pet hair and all the techie bells and whistles. It’s huge inside and easily fits my cal king comforters and everything comes out perfectly clean. I love the brushed navy color!

My husband and i were just window shopping when we came upone this washer and mat hing dryer. 1st, i absolutely love the color, when you open the lid you will be very surprised about how VERY large it it. The salesman told us we could wash a queen size comfort in this washer. Our clothes come out so clean. Its the best washer uve ever had! This is a MUST

Love this washer !! I was hesitant to buy a washer with an impeller rather than agitator, but it definitely cleans as well and without destroying my clothes !! I have a large dog, cats and horses - lots of hair ! This washer does the job. I can clean Mattes saddle pads in it and they come out great (horse people will know what a big deal this is !) They do need to be folded and placed in the middle, as do the comforters. I have washed horse blankets also. Pet care does the job ! Water levels are adjustable - The deep fill is very deep. The normal wash cycle not so much so that the clothes rub against each other to clean. The rinse cycle seems to use more water to remove the soap. I have had this washer 3 months and so far it has held up to the tough loads. Definitely recommend !

Love the sleek design and color. The features are simple and easy to understand and machine isnt too loud. Cleans the laundry very well. Love the filter inside for catching dog hair.

I am most struck by how much capacity this washer has without an agitator to get in the way, yet it cleans as well as other macines I have had with an agitator. I would think not having an agitator would also be gentler on the clothes and help them to last longer. The filters for pet heir work well and helps to remove lint an hair before the clothes get to the dryer. Since my washer is at the far end of my basement, the WiFi connectivity works great to notify me when the cycle is done and it's time to move the clothes to the dryer.

From searching online, to seeing it in-person, making the purchase, and having it delivered, I hoped this washing machine would be all it seemed to be. A few weeks in and multiple wash cycles, this unit ranks at the top. Quiet, efficient, and easy to use. It doesn't hurt that it also very stylish. Definitely recommend this one! AAA+++

I love Lg products , i have found that all washing machines on the market today I’ll have good and bad reviews. Our LG washer of 15 years finally decided to go kaput and we bought the newer version of the LG and it seem like it was very loud. Then we decided to go with this Samsung pet washer. We love the way it looks very quiet, very smooth . I plan on buying the extended warranty just to be safe,
