Great product for the price and Best Buy added free delivery and installation which made it even better. The machines are smart and quiet. They work efficiently and plays a nice song after the cycle is completed.

This dryer more than handles big items like comforters. It is quiet and gets the job done. It is user friendly. Very happy with it.

My wife and I recently purchased a ten year old house and decided to purchased new Samsung appliances including a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and and new washer and dryer. My wife and I are very happy with our new Samsung electric dryer. I decided to dismantle the unit when it was delivered in order to modify the factory rear vent setup into a side venting unit. I went online and watched a video on how to do it . It was a little tense tearing apart our brand new dryer and then putting it all back together but it wasn't as difficult as I had initially thought that it would be. We did not want the back of our new Samsung dryer and washer to site 6 inches away from the wall. Our's now only sites 1-1/2" away from the wall giving us more room in front of both units. We look forward to enjoying our new appliances for many years.

I purchased this w/d for my apartment. I was worried about size because the connections are in my clothing closet not a dedicated space. The size worked out perfect. Surprisingly the units were larger in person compared to the price I paid. This investment will surely make it to my first home.

I’ve had this machine for about a month and so far so good. I bought the matching washer to stack the unit since my laundry space is limited. Unfortunately, our previous GE stackable died out and it was time to purchase a new washer and dryer. The dryer works great and has a lot of different features, dries my clothes quicker, and has larger capacity space. Make sure to clean out the lint filter after each use.

The dryer is doing a good job. It is quiet except for the tune it plays on start up and completion. That's somewhat annoying, but better than a beep. The filter has a plastic latch that doesn't seem durable, but it catches lint very well and is relatively easy to clean. It stacks securely on the washer BUT the controls are hard to see even for my 6'7" son because the top of the control panel tilts back. Fortunately there is a programmable key and once he set that up for me I can easily reach that to turn it on my most used cycle. The door placement is lower than my previous (Kenmore) set and that makes it easier for me (5'7") to load and unload. It dries well and catches the lint well.

First front load dryer we have purchased. This thing is great. It drys our clothes quickly and efficiently. It also has a lot of different options if you need them. We also purchased the stacking kit to help save on room. No issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this set!

My old dryer died and I was looking around for something easy to use , affordable, and easy to install in a small apartment. since the professional installation, all is great. better than expected. Drying times are small and our electric consumption when down a little.

I have had no issues whatsoever with this dryer. It is easy to use, easy to maintain and clothes come out looking and feeling great. 10/10 would buy again.

I just love the new filter. The machine is stable on the floor. I did not have any problem either to have my price matched with another competitor's. There is no harassment to buy at Best Buy. The agent was very friendly, he answered my questions without be patiently without irritation. He didn't leave me to serve a weakest customer whom he thouhgt was easier to manipulate. The agent made me feel secure to buy from him. He reflects such a passion to care for customers.

Along with the washer the drier is amazing! It dries your clothes so quickly it’s incredible.

Bought the dryer a couple of weeks ago as a set and so far am very happy with the purchase. Even on very large loads it doesn't take long to get the clothes dry. It is a little low so I purchased the pedestal to go with but it is not needed you just need to bend over a little. Overall a great purchase as I replaced a 20+ year old set. Also Best Buy delivered and hauled away my old dryer at no extra charge.

Efficient. Quiet. Does not make mush noise while working. Easy to operate. Dries clothes quick and fast.

Build quality was very good. Front door was reversible and easy to convert from opening left or right hand-sided. Very quite operation and easy to use. Controller selection knob are very easy to turn and no longer made of a mechanical switch that can wear and break down like my old dryer. Very happy & pleased I bought this reasonably- priced unit.
