It will not go sliding around, even when people are jamming their credit cards into it. Looks good - the only thing you need to "plan" on your end it cord concealment/connection to the square block if you care about that sort of thing.

Works great with IPAD

I considered not using this thinking that it was just when hooked up to a computer, however I read it could be used with an IPAD. I did this and it worked great. Customer puts in credit card and in seconds the sale is complete.

However, it was awkward until I bought the dock! You don’t have to hit the button to activate anymore but must be plugged in at all times. Only con, I wish cord was on opposite side of unit. But love it just the same.

Easy to use chip reader for Square

Easy for customers to simply dip the card into the back port with their chip card and it works every time, connecting to our IPAD set up with ease. Much better than the previous models of the ones that connect directly into the phone, they malfunctioned over time and this device has been perfect. Would definitely recommend, especially versus any other contactless chip reader of Squares.
