I purchased this product because I was tired of paying high Verizon Bills. After purchasing, set up was easy. Only issue was that if you want to keep your old number it takes about two days for it to be ported over to vonage. So if you need your phone for important calls or business don’t switch the lines to vonage box until it’s ported over. Also the final monthly payment is going to be a little more than $9. More like $20 a month once taxes are added. But overall a good product.

My original Vonage adapter was over 10 years old so I decided to get a new one before my old one failed. The process of activating the new adapter is somewhat confusing. Google this unit before you start to connect it to your network. Once Vonage finally recognized the new adapter everything was fine. The unit has worked flawlessly since I connected it. Note that this is just an adapter - not a combination router and adapter like the original Vonage adapters. If you are replacing one of the old router/adapters you will need to replace your router separately.

I bought this adapter to replace one supplied by Vonage that had failed. Although there is only one CAT5/6 line out of this adapter (whereas the Vonage issued adapter had several), this has proven to be a great piece of equipment for me. Can't beat the price and I have noticed no decline in Vonage call quality with it. Set up was a breeze.

I had a CISCO before I bought the Vonage brand, I have no complaints. It works very good and for the price, you can't beat that. Calls are clear and do not drop. I already used over 3 months without no issue.

This modem works great. I had a Cisco before it gave out and decided to buy this modem for $10.00. It works as good as the Cisco. Calls are clear and it doesn't drop calls. Highly recommend.

I bought this to replace the existing service I had with my IP. Unfortunately the particular adapter I got from the store would not connect to the Vonage network because the ID for this product was not in their system. That is the only reason for the 3 star rating I gave. I returned the adapter to Best Buy and received a refund with no problem. I did go with the Vonage system and got an adapter sent from Vonage. It installed easily and I have had NO issues at all with the service. It does save me money rather than having to purchase the voice package from my IP.

This was a replacement for an older version that was shocked during a lightning storm. It worked well from the start. It was very easy to switch to the new one.

I had a problem setting up. Vonage Customer Service went above and beyond to solve my problem. .Service is up and running. The service is clear. The plans are inexpensive. Sorry I did not do it sooner.

We got rid of our phone service and decided to just us our cell phones only. We found that our cell phone signals kept drifting. I looked into Vontage and a few other companies. Went to Best Buy, talked to one of there reps and bought the Vontage modular. In 10 less than minutes I had phone service and a brand new phone number. I really like it and have recommended it to many friends.

This is very useful and cheap. You buy it registre and estar using immediately.

This was very easy to install and setup was very quick. Vonage has a video to support the installation if you need to view something to see how its done. The porting of my existing phone number was done in a few day on the date they said it would be done. Quality of the line is good too. The software setup options are easy too. Sorry I didn't do this sooner.

I still use Vonage for a line for business. I haven't been able to find the box anywhere but here. And the price was the lowest ever.

This is a great adapter. I've been a Vonage customer for many years and our old adapter finally gave out. I bought this which is a lot smaller and more efficient and was able to set it up in less than a minute. Works great and I was back online and making calls in no time.

Setup may be easy, I unfortunately picked one up at the store which had already been activated. Vondage sent me free of charge a new one then after a 10 minutes conversation, we had the new phone activated and my number transfered. I am use to voip and all the features were present like simultaneously ring and call blocking
