I cannot say enough about the excellent delivery I experienced with my washer/dryer. It wasn't an easy delivery. The units weigh 291 lbs and needed to go up a long, steep staircase to get to their installation. The units work great, I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

The men who delivered my washer were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They set up my washer in about 5 mins. One of the men tested it out in front of me after the test was done I did two loads. Worth every penny.

The installation people were wonderful, I feel they went above and beyond to get the new washer in and going! They even noticed a part that needed reordering for my open box model and set me up with a rep to assist with the replacement.

Excellent service. The install company was worried about the age of a fitting and replaced it for free so asnnot to have issues later!

Isreal was not able to instal completely due to discovering a leak in the hot water valve. For this I am very grateful he found the leak. We did not know was there. He was able to show my son how to balance the washer. That was very helpful.

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set that works like a charm for my new place. I opted for the washer install package with parts. The first delivery did not go too well because it was determined that 2 of the numbers in my address were flipped so the first crew told me that could not deliver and I had to reschedule the install. The second crew that came a week later was great. The crew notified me 30 minutes prior to arriving, they were respectful of my property and they brought in and set up the units in about 15 minutes. The guys did a test run of the washer and dryer and let me know little things such as what I might hear & smell because units were brand new and this is the first cycle. The delivery guy also told me who I could call and what to do in any situation that items don’t work properly. They then provided me with the user manuals and the process was done. I’ve been using the units for the past 2 weeks now and I can’t complain. My clothes are clean, the units are sleek, and they don’t make a lot of noice while running with is nice because I work from home and have opted to wash a load or two mid day. All in all I would give the washer and dryer unit and the install service a 10 out of 10!!!

The delivery people were great! They were quick, efficient, and super friendly. I did have questions about the equipment I had installed, and they were also very knowledgeable.

They brought it in without damaging any areas of my home installing the washer made sure to check for washer function and the connections had no leaks or malfunction.

I was a little nervous about some of the reviews I read about a 3rd party delivering my order but the delivery service was great. They hooked up both my washer and dryer, made sure it was level and tested it to make sure it worked. The delivery team was also very professional and removed my old washer and dryer.

Install was scheduled quickly and accurately. They provided a 4 hour window and showed up an hour into it. They called ~30 min prior to arrival. They quickly and cleanly removed the old applicance and installed the new one. They confirmed the new one operated properly before departing. Quick, clean, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

My installer was Joan. He is was courteous and respectful to my home. He assessed the area where the machines were going to be placed and quickly went to work. He was in and out and left no mess. Great experience all around.

Washer arrived earlier than expected. The installers were clean and picked up their mess. There was a hitch after they left where the washer was leaking. Called the Geeks and they sent out another crew that fixed it up that afternoon.

My installation of my new LG WASHER AND ELECTRIC DRYER went very well. Everything was delivered on time and without any damage. The delivery guys were very friendly and personable and explained everything to me. Great job Jose!

Installers were quick to haul away old and install new washer dryer. Any questions were answered. I didn’t get a notification the day before on what frame time they would arrive. The installer did call me 15 mins prior to arrival. And I received a notification that installers were on the way from Best Buy 30 mins after they were already working.

The delivery guys were awesome - that is the only reason this is getting five stars. The corporate schedulers made this process a nightmare requiring multiple service appointments with no say in when they would happen, requiring frequent alternate arrangements needing to be made

Delivered and installed as promised! The only issue was the drain hose was a little short and we had to buy a longer one in order to push it to the wall. Washer works great and is especially helpful with bulky items. The rotator is removable! I love it!

New washer setup went beautifully. We exchanged a malfunctioning LG washer for this Maytag, the team was very careful in the removal of the LG, as well as the adjustments on the Maytag. John and Jenni were invaluable in processing the order for an exchange and arranging the delivery date. This was our second malfunctioning LG in 6 months and we were nervous. The Maytag is wonderful and highly recommended, but I wish someone had told us that the initial wash is VERY noisy and definitely sounds like all the body parts are coming apart and ready to fly through your walls. It is not unbalanced, just crazy noisy. The following small load was much smoother, and it has settled into a nice rythm ever since. Reading the reviews I found that this is standard for the Maytag brand. I am now a happy customer and will recommend it to friends and family, with a full disclosure of what to expect on the first two uses.

So far so good we'll see ? Although It would have been nice if The salesman remembered my name. Since I bought 5 major High-end appliances from best buy. One of the appliances was for another home And the delivery supervisor didn't want to disassemble the doors. So we had to Settle for a smaller frigerator The rest of our life Or the Frigerator's life. Oh they have customer service. But don't expect customer care. It's sad because the bottle neck always Starts from the top. You can see in the employee's eyes. And personnel turnover.

Crew alerted regarding delivery window, arrived accordingly, professional, handled machine with TLC, gave demo
