Refurbished
The phone looked great but it kept struggling to read my sim card and keeps shutting off and restarting on its own

Defective...
At first it worked as it should, but the same day it started freezing up whenever i tried browsing the Internet or recording a video. I tried updating it and still nothing changed, so today it decides to randomly turn off completely with no warning, i tried charging it, resetting and and nothing happened . I randomly got it to turn back on and im just going to return it.

Bricked after less than a year
After less than a year of owning this "unlocked" refurbished phone it became a disabled locked phone. I called Best Buy, the original service provider, and the current provider and all three of them claimed the others had the unlock code. It now just a really nice camera with no phone service. I will NEVER purchase a refurbished phone again. I am so disgusted.
