- A: AnswerYes it does, I bought this exact one, phone had incredibly spotty service. Took it to a repair place and they said it need a full motherboard replacement. Samsung covered everything, it was super easy.

Chipped phone and missing S-pen
This is my second refurbished phone I've bought from BestBuy. First one was great, came almost brand new, near perfect condition. This one, however, has a couple cracks on the screen. One is chipping and already gave me a sliver of glass in my thumb. On the back of the phone it is evident that it was dropped. The back of the phone is cracked as well which has me worried for the integrity of the battery and internal systems. In addition to the cracks, its also missing the S-pen, which was part of the appeal of buying the Ultra vs 22+ and spending the extra money. This should have been sold as Open Box in fair condition, not as a refurbished product. It's not only incomplete, but it's clearly had some damage done to it. Rarely am I disappointed in BestBuy, but opening this box was a huge letdown.

Awesome…Burgundy Red- S22ultra
Best experience… looks like brand new. Its been a month m using this product as of now its working perfect. Would definitely recommend refurbished devices from best buy.
