• A:Answer Mobo makers are suppose to offer a new BIOS starting in Jan. '21 so that the earlier 400 series mobos can run the Ryzen 5000 series CPUs. You should contact your mobo maker to confirm a BIOS is on the way.

Q: QuestionIs this CPU compatible with x570 motherboards right out of the box? Specifically the MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX board. I'm not familiar with the BIOS and doing what is needed to get the CPU to work.

• A:Answer Most 500 series motherboards have to have a bios update, but most of them have Q flash capability which make it easier (ive done this by just downloading the bios update from motherboard manufacturer and putting it on a thumb drive). Some motherboards even have a Q flash button on the board itself which is very convenient. To be safe though, check in your boards manual, there will almost certainly be instructions on how to update the bios.

• A:Answer I managed to pick this up due to help from livestock checkers on youtube. Try looking up falcodrin's stream on youtube. They will not only inform you when it is in stock all the time but the stream will also give you helpful information about when the product will likely be back in stock. They will also give instructions on how to beat the bots. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer Hey Bobby, The A520 motherboard uses the AM4 socket, and should support this processor. "Motherboards with the AMD A520 chipset are built to support AMD Ryzen™ 3000 Series processors based on the “Zen 2” architecture, as well as AMD Ryzen™ 5000 Series processors based on the “Zen 3” architecture" The A520 would not support the AMD 3200G or 3400G with the built in graphics processor. Your motherboard may require a Zen 2 CPU to be installed, in order to update the BIOS to a version that has support for Zen 3 CPU's. You should check with the motherboard vendor to determine the upgrade process needed to support the new Zen 3 architecture, before making the decision to upgrade.

• A:Answer Yes, I think very few FPS will be left on the table for most gamers & their games with a 5600X compared to the high end 5000 series. Do your research with "How Much CPU Does the GeForce RTX 3080 Need?" benchmarks from Tom's Hardware and other reputable hardware review/test experts online. I personally have a RTX 3080 with my 5600X and it meets all my performance expectations. With my experience of the 5600X stock cooler and its preapplied thermal paste, temp is passable with basic tweaks like enabling PBO. Any overclocking that increases peak or base clocks, whether manual or using ASUS Auto OC, can result in too high of temps, and I recommend aftermarket for that.
