A:AnswerHave you tried Ice and salt shake it around, should lift the stains, and keeps a clean carafe. As for buying a Carafe, As for a New Carafe, try Amazon, or Ebay, if not try the Bella Pro series Co.

A:AnswerIt may be a defective device. I had a similar issue and you can call the manufacturer to see if they can send you a new one. Otherwise, if it's within purchase warranty at Best Buy they were very helpful with an exchange for a bew one.
Our new one has been working great.

A:AnswerDon' t move the steaming wand around the container. As the foth grows just move the wand very slowly up to the top of the e container. Slow and just move up. Check the tip of the wand is on tightly, it loosens from cleaning.
A:AnswerYou need to turn the knob to the middle as if you’re going to queue a shot of coffee. Once that’s done, press the preheat button until it stops flashing. At that point, you have preheated the steam wand. Now turn the knob to the steam setting and it should steam your milk. Hope that helps!

A:AnswerNope. Only 1 function at a time works. You can brew or make espresso shots or use the steam. If you brewed a pot and waited for it to beep then you could do the espresso after or vis versa. Once the machine is warm the espresso shots are quick.
