A:Answer I had problems with the original sleep buds, as did many, many others. Bose graciously replaced them twice. In light of the persistent issues, Bose offered to replace the buds with an improved battery, or a full refund stating that the item was to be discontinued. This offer expired in December 2019. Lo & behold, a new version hits the market with no concession to purchasers of the original buds. I have been happy with the new ones so far. I think it is horrible that Bose did not acknowledge customers who stuck with them from the original glitchy version, but I do need the sleep.
