A:Answer It's important to measure the item and elevator first before placing your order. Just incase you measure and the item is too big, then i suggest u contact customer service to see if the delivery can use stairs.
For mine, i measure the space in my house where i want to place the item, then compared with item measurements online and it was ok.
Delivery used the stairs and i live on 3rd floor.
