A:Answer Don't even bother. These new washing machines are designed to fail in 5-6 years. Get the cheapest one. Be it Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Kenmore, etc... they will last you about 5-6 years before it will intentionally fail by design. Look up in google: "washer spider arm failure" Buy the cheapest model possible, so when it goes, you buy another, at the same cost of one bell and whistle model. Don't think because you spend $1200 on a washer it will last longer than 5 - 6 years, all of these garbage models use the same known intentional failure point, the aluminum spider arm which degrades over time, to the point of failure with normal use of 5-6 years. Example of a $1300 Samsung Washer, failed due to intentional obsolescence of the spider arm: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYKLPpBhPo0
