- Answer Yes. But I would suppose it depends on the thickness of your comforter. This is the biggest wahing machine I could find.

QuestionHow can I use OxiClean powder in my LG - 5.2 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Front load washer. There is no dispenser for it.

- Answer You should add it directly in the drum. Make sure to use HE (High-Efficiency) detergent for front-loading washing machines. If you use a detergent that does not dissolve easily or a detergent with high viscosity, it will leave a residue on the tub, which may not rinse properly. ^Daphane

This light automatically turns off when the door is closed and the cycle starts.The drum light can be turned on during a wash cycle by pressing and holding the Extra Rinse/Drum Light button for 3 seconds during the wash cycle. The drum light will illuminate and then turn off automatically after 4 minutes. Clothes and the gasket may look like yellow due to lights of the lamp, but it is normal...^IFV

QuestionIs there a way to manually adjust the water level on this washer? I know they come from the factory preset for a certain water level based on clothes weight. My last model the water level seemed way too low so I want to know if this one can be adjusted?

- Answer Hello and thank you for the great question. By selecting the soil level it helps determine the water level but you can not actual select the water level yourself. ^AC

QuestionWhat is rating on the water discharge? More than a standard washer? I have a drain line that barely keeps up when the tub is pumped out. Will the larger capacity be a problem?

- Answer The water discharge rate should be listed on the front of the machine, this is a known issue for older homes and hiding behind "new codes" isn't a fix for the hundreds of people who buy a machine they can't return after finding the discharge rate is too much for their older homes. This is an easy fix with either a smaller discharge pump or an adjustable discharge pump, it is science, but not rocket science.

- Answer Theirs no spin cycle on the knob but on the display digital theirs spin speed. I tap on spin speed on display and then you hit the play start button and it the spin works

This washer can be matched with the Matching Electric Dryer, Model # DLEX8100V or the Matching Gas Dryer, Model # DLGX8101V. On Electric Dryers, you can vent the em to the left or to the right and on Gas Dryers, you can only vent them to the left. Right side venting is not available on Gas Dryers. You will need to purchase an adapter kit, Part # 383EEL9001B that contains the necessary duct components to change the dryer vent location...^IFV

- Answer I have not upgraded my dryer and have not had an issue. If you wash an extra large load you may have to dry it in steps.

- Answer It is a clean out for stuff like hair or Bobby pins that go through the holes but you don't want in your water drain motor-impeller. I clean mine out about once a month usually find dog hair and such.

- Answer I discovered on my own that, yes, I can "spin only" by pushing the round ON button on the left, then on the right pushing rectangular SPIN button at the bottom (those labels are dark and hard ro read), until "Extra Spin" or the level of spinning I want lights up, then pushing the start button.

If your "old underneath drawers" are LG Laundry Pedestals that have a width of 29", you will be able to use them with this washer. We would need more detail to determine which LG Laundry Pedestal you currently have and if it can be used with the washer. You can measure the width of your pedestal to see if it is a 27" or 29" unit...^IFV
