• A:Answer Passcode? I am uncertain as to what you mean. These are smart speakers that connect to your wifi and use your google account. Any passwords that you would use would be your google account's password and your wifi password. Neither of these would be controlled by the device.

Second, BestBuy fired a ton of their support agents and now is sending customers requests to solve it problems for other customer. this is worse than self checkout. Now I shop at BestBuy so I am expected to do tech support for your customers, what's next an email asking me to go setup my neighbors smartTV, Or install their dishwasher. Get your crap together BestBuy..
