Excellent sound. I fell in love with these the moment I heard them , first I heard the F2 but they had a lil more extra bass which I didn't need cause I had a subwoofer which provided that. Cranked these speakers up to Metallica's ONE and WOW.... played some songs from Snoops 1st album to current Gorillaz album and was also blown away by the clarity and crispness of these speakers ! crank these ML F1s up and they wont disappoint

I was going to pick these or the kef floorstanding speakers that were 600 at the time of purchase on sale. After listening to peoples reviews martinlogans are less accurate but emphasize highs while the kefs are more “accurate” but to me flat and boring. I had an old pair of sony floor ss-f7000s that got the job done for over a decade for me but i wanted something good for once in my home. I will say a good sub pairs very well with these because the bass is lacking but also not bad at all. I have been blasting these things at max volume all weekend and didnt get fatigued and feel the need to tirn them down like i did with the sonys. I noticed an immediate bump in quality if you love acoustic music youll hear all the little details. Songs ive listned to alot i was hearing new things ive never heard before. I dont think anyone wouldregret buying a pair of these.

I struggled with Sony towers and then Polk bookshelves and a maddening number adjustments trying to find the sound I wanted with nothing but disappointment. I saw these and sat in BB over an hour listening and fell in love. Build quality is excellent and the appearance of these are breath taking. The sound is so clean with plenty of detail and the imaging and positioning is spot on. Paired with my sub the bass is punchy and clean. Movies are spot on and listening to music the speakers practically disappear and the sound is mesmerizing without harshness or any ear fatigue.

Went to BB to audition QEF speakers and walked out with these. I thought the treble was much smoother, less grating, to MY ears. Great treble and midrange, bass is adequate but tbh a bit weaker than I expected. Easily fixed with a sub. I’m driving these with a Bluesound Powernode in a 2.1 setup for music only. Imaging is phenomenal, very happy with this setup.

I was on a budget and had looked at similar priced towers, read all the reviews, and watched as many video reviews as possible. I like depth, and the F1s are both warm and bright. I have them powered by a Cinema 60 and they are outstanding for the money. Well worth the extra cost. Excellent build quality and they look amazing. ( I bought the white version:)). Very happy!

Nice looking speakers with full sound.
They don't have quite as much punch as the much more expensive F10, nor is the veneer of these real wood as in F10, but it's hard to complain about the overall package. If you don't mind the price increase go for the F10, but if you decide on the F1 you've still made a good decision. The two models are remarkably similar in overall sound quality. I think these are one of the best values to be found in the new speaker market.

I had to do an upgrade once my panorama 1 sound bar broke after 11 years. I was going to get another sound, but was got introduced to the Martin Logan speakers and could not said NO. I saved up some Connery for about 4 mounted and pulled the trigger.
Great souls qualities on the highs and lows. Save up and buy the sound quality tower you deserve.

Upgraded from the Sony core tower speakers. I had the Sony’s for 5 years and loved them. It’s no comparison to the Martin Logan’s. The Martin Logan’s are way better in every way. I would highly recommend.

Sharp clear sound dynamic ability to bring out all nuances of the program. They have vibrant clarity with unlimited capacity to raise the sound to almost unlimited levels. High end speaker.

I played Pink Floyd's Dark Side of The Moon on vinyl. What a trip listening to Dave's solos, it felt like you were there. Also played Warren Zevons Werewolves of London. Sounded like he was playing right on front of me. Excellent buy.

Good sound at all volumes; beautiful definition at medium and high volume. Easily driven by my Denon s790h receiver( 90 watts per channel). Nice high end speakers at a good value price.
