    I’ve had the older generation of these headphones, I like the fact that they’re lighter than other earbuds and stay in my ears. Good sound (I’m not an expert on sound) but good enough for me. The only issues I have is that on both, older and the new generations the microphone stopped working within a week so I can’t make phone calls while using them. I sometimes lose connection with my phone for a second if I’m being active but that doesn’t bother me. Also I’ve been having trouble connecting with the app to check the battery. Once again I wasn’t looking for state of the art headphones and just the fact that they fit my ears is good enough for me, as I’ve tried several other brands such as beats and apple earbuds (using the ear tips) and they kept falling off

    Better Than I Imagined

    At first, when I was offered the Best Buy Plus yearly membership, I was like "this is a gimmick" but I realized that after seeing the offers and rewards that have been offered, I was excited about the program and I'm very happy that I subscribed. There's no bait and switch, just good offers and support on everything that Best Buy has to offer.

    I had some amazing cashier's help me set up my best buy membership. It saved a good amount on a large purchase I made. So im quite happy with it. I'm not sure if ill be keeping this membership in the future because I'm not seeing many big deals or savings past my initial purchase, but I may still be surprised.

    Long story short, i had the program, bought a laptop for 2k and it went on sale a few weeks later for 1.6k. I attemtped to get the difference back as promised by Best Buy but was met with automated messages and circles of disappointment. After speaking with multiple people, i was told that it was initaited and i was to wait on it (could take 7 days). So i waited and waited and after being told again and again 7 more days i was finally told it could be up to 30 days. So after 31 days and an another hour on the phone, i was told it had to be done in store. I go in store and they’re unable to assist because there was a free trial of something that came with the laptop (never used) so they were unable to fulfill their promise of refunding the difference. I was told by the GM at 5425 Touhy Ave in Skokie, IL that I had to call CORPORATE. Obviously that has gone nowhere and after nearly a month and a half of dealing with this i would never recommend another best buy product like this to anyone ever again. If there was an option for 0 stars, i would have given that.

    As a Best Buy plus member i thought i would get the best deals, but it has not been the case. Many times i am able to find price match deals also it’s stupid to have me activate the reward deals. I missed out on a $50 reward because i had not clicked the active button. 60 day return policy is nice.

    5.0 out of 5 starsVerified Purchase Works Well Enough for General Home Use Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2024 I read all the reviews and wasn't at ease as much as I could have been when making my purchase of this device. After having used it for a couple of months and periodically having my wife, a Critical Care Dr., test my blood pressure using her professional medical kit simultaneously I can confirm that the margin of error is small when the device is used correctly. I would happily recommend this product if you are looking for an affordable and easy DIY option for day to day monitoring of your blood pressure. I am now under the assumption that the reviews claiming to have issues with the device may be either user error or perhaps defective devices/cuffs.

    I was sold on this as a non-renewable item not a subscription. The gentleman told me it will not renew by itself as it was not a subscription. I was also told if my item i purchased was cheaper i will get the difference for 60 days. All of these are not true this is a renewable subscription and you need to cancel if not you will be charged beware!! Also this subscription is supposed to give you price difference for 60 days after purchase, what they dont tell you is that you will get special subscriber prices on the same item and that price doesnt count toward the difference. This subscription is a total scam and a waste of money. Workers want the bonus and best buy wants the money those are the only people who benefit from this. Stay away!!

    It is definitely worth it because you get the extra 60 days and you get the member pricing so you get it lower and then also if you find out within 60 days that it is prices gone down and you can come in and get a price adjustment! Yeah, definitely 100% worth it if you want to save money and you wanna make sure that you’re getting the best thing for your buck!

    They were careful and worked very quickly. Although there was issues because I didn't receive my oven range, customer service helped resolve the issue and I will be getting my stove before Christmas. I love my new refrigerator and I can't wait to see my stove.

    Remodeling and building an entertainment center around the TV. TV is great has all the features and more than i need. I have a sound system that I'm waiting on more equipment from best buy to further enhance my audio sound

    This set was just right for our small place. The washer and dryer both are easy to use and holds small to large loads. We are pleased with the quality and the price.

    I warned everyone not to buy this menbership, because it's a best buy scam, you pay $49.99 to get some benefits, but when you go to use it they don't allow you to make exchanges or returns without charging more for the service you already paid for, soo don't buy it. You’ll regret.

    I purchased my Plus membership a couple days prior to making a major appliance purchase at the suggestion of the representative that helped me later make my purchase. Of the washer and dryer combo set, the washer was defective, despite running it through the Quick Cycle by the Geek Squad installation crew. Called to arrange a replacement and was told that my purchase was not made as a Plus Member. The computer had a bogus account w an email that I never had. Tried to straighten the issue out w the representative who became belligerent and rude informing me I was “NOT A PLUS MEMBER”! I wasted over an hour and half waiting for that representative to finally take my call and then get into an argument over my membership. I was verbally providing from the email I received from best buy confirming my membership! It took 3 days w two more calls to Best Buy, to finally get this mess straightened out!!! Very Angry and annoyed that it took several hours on the phone w Best Buy. In the end, everything turned out okay and the defective washer was replaced. Plus Membership is probably worth the cost but there was absolutely no excuse for Best Buy to have such a major account computer screw up since I’ve had my account for over 15 years! My time is money and I deserve compensation for this inexcusable situation!
